I'm from Jacksonville, FL. My business is located in Atlanta Ga.

There's a few! Lol. I have a digital marketing agency named Kailah Lawson, LLC. With in my agency I provide Social Media management, digital marketing campaigns and personal branding services. I also have an online boutique titled 96 Luxe.

5. What services do you offer?

With in my agency I provide Social Media management, digital marketing campaigns and personal branding services. I also have an online boutique titled 96 Luxe which also provides whole sale vendor services.

6. What does it feel like to have your own business?

I LOVE IT. I am literally in control of everything. I like being able to make my own schedule and serve clients needs. Being able to help people and businesses reach their goals is very fulfilling. I prove to myself more and more everyday that I am capable of what I put my mind to.

7. What steps did you take to start your business?

Back in 2017 I filled for my first LLC and continued to build on it after that. I always knew I wanted to sell something, so I first started with Sunglasses then expanded to other accessories eventually clothes. Once I graduated college and moved to Atlanta to begin my career, I started my marketing agency. I saw the void so many young entrepreneurs had; either they didnt know how to grow their business or just had a difficult time with simple start up steps. So I wanted to help.

8. What advice do you have for someone in their twenties trying to start their business like yours or in general?

Be specific about your goals, be intentional with every move you make, be patient and have fun. What I figured out is the more clear your vision is, the easier it will be to figure out what you need to do to reach your idea of success. While you're on this journey be patient, nothing worth while comes overnight, it takes consistency, failure and patience!

9. What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned during quarantine about yourself and your business?

There must always be a plan B to make plan A work. I've also learned, whenever I'm put under high stress I am my most creative.

10. What are you manifesting for the month of May?

For the month of may I am manifesting consistent growth, financially and spiritually.
