I am Reagan Noelle Collins, the face and name behind FacesBy_Rea! I’m 26 years old and was born in Ocala, FL. At an early age, my parents relocated to Clermont, FL where I attended Lake County Schools and then on to college thereafter. I currently reside in Leesburg, FL, which is the home base for Facesby_Rea. Yes, I am that makeup artist that services all of Central Florida! I offer full and natural glams in addition to eyebrow waxing and tinting! As my customer, you create your ideal beauty experience!

The services are personalized and tailored to suit and match your needs. Being an entrepreneur and owner of FacesBy_Rea has been surreal to say the least. I contemplated the act of branding and launching this business for the longest. But after creating a business plan, I finally stepped out, took that leap of faith, and just went with it. Scary right? Well you know the saying, all we really need is faith the size of a mustard seed. The immeasurable amount of love and support received from family, friends, and clients has been most encouraging and truly warms my heart. Now don’t get me wrong, operating a business is far from easy! Any successful business requires attention, hard work, dedication plus patience..A LOT of it!

At times, it’s still hard to believe that I have something of my own, a business.

Makeup has been near and dear to my heart since I was a young girl, while observing my mom and aunts apply theirs. I believe that if you’re passionate about anything, put forth concerted efforts and keep God first you can achieve the impossible! With any talent, practice makes perfect! I was fortunate enough to have a great support system who believed in me and allowed me to perfect my skills.

When asked what advice I have for someone in their twenties wanting to start their own business, I would say passion. Passion will always drive you to improve your process to grow your business. As your business begins to fall into place, think of it as though you’re driving a car. Let your passion hit the gas pedal and your mind control the steering wheel.

With that mindset, you can be confident about the direction you’re headed and sustain the momentum you need to get there.

An important lesson learned during this Covid-19 pandemic is persistence. I’ve gained knowledge while remaining up to date on safety practices and business principles for not just myself, but for each client. In doing so, I’ve continued to stay active on social media for sure. Staying up to date with trends and creating new looks is a must for anyone in the makeup industry.

My business has remained constant and for that I’m grateful! I recently took on a new role as an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay! Stepping out of my comfort zone once again. Mary Kay is well known for their makeup and skin care products. We offer everything for an enhanced sense of beauty and overall healthy skin care!

Although everything around us is at a standstill, going the extra mile counts! Women still want to feel beautiful and have their needs met. Within the next year, I plan on going back to school to obtain my esthetician license. The goal is to be a one stop shop for all of my clients. Whether you’re just wanting to come in for eyebrows, wanting to purchase makeup or skin care products, or just needing to pamper yourself with a facial.

FacesBy_Rea will be just that! I believe that makeup is just an enhancer to our natural beauty. However, proper skin care is essential and is what keeps us beautiful! For the month of May I’m manifesting 25 new clients! I’ve already started this goal and have received 5 new referrals since the beginning of the month. Yes, I’m thankful to say the least! I will continue to grow my brand and inspire other young men and women to do the same.
