I am from the City Beautiful Orlando, Fl but I currently reside in San Jose, CA.

4. What’s your business/brand?

Professional Zen is a skincare line that focuses on self-care for the working woman.

5. What services do you offer?

We curate body scrubs and bath soaks that soothe your skin and heal your mind. We also advocate for women to take some time for themselves and take control of their mental health.

6. What does it feel like to have your own business?

Pinch me is this real? I never thought I would be sharing my passion with the world like this. It can also feel exhausting lol.

7. What steps did you take to start your business?

• Tested my product/researched.

• Got feedback on the product

• Got an LLC and website ( this is optional I don't think everyone needs this but for my goals I did)

• Market my product (I hired a social media/content creator)

• I got to selling my stuff!

8. What advice do you have for someone

in their twenties trying to start their business like yours or in general?

DO IT! Be ready, Be Sure... But DO IT!

9. What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned during quarantine about yourself and your business?

I have learned I am a machine and I can churn product out quickly once I focus. I've also learned that the beauty industry is pandemic/ recession-proof and I am in the right industry for me.

10. What are you manifesting for the month of May?

I am manifesting growth! Sale growth, personal growth, and product growth.
