Originally raised in Mansfield, Ohio but i reside and run my business in Oviedo, Fl.

4. What’s your business/brand?

Online specialty bakery.

5. What services do you offer?

Special diet desserts (keto or gluten-free or vegan (plant based) or sugar free or etc) and delicious traditional desserts.

6. What does it feel like to have your own business?

AWESOME most days.

Tiring in an isotope way.

7. What steps did you take to start your business?

Even though I've been baking since I was 10 years old I decided to go back to school to earn a degree in nutrition/culinary.

My purpose in going back to school was to learn things I didn’t know that could help my business in the long run.

After receiving my degree I was able to apply everything I learned to my business and cater to a larger audience.

8. What advice do you have for someone in their twenties trying to start their business like yours or in general?

Never ever stop learning!

Use any and all resources to learn and keep up to date on trends.

Find a mentor who you can lean on for advice and support.

9. What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned during quarantine about yourself and your business?

I am the bomb.com. In all seriousness.

I have really adapted well to taking orders and learning how to run “lean” .

10. What are you manifesting for the month of May?

I'm manifesting more orders and a new website ordering system.
