Forgiveness really is a gift you give yourself.
Even if you don't get a chance to hear them say "Im sorry"...
Forgiveness can be one of the most rewarding experiences you can give to yourself.
Forgiveness is a decision to let go of bitterness and resentment towards another person or situation. It’s letting go of the negative feelings and removing the focus and attention to the unwanted. When you change the direction of your focus, the direction of your life changes too. Holding on to anger or grudges will not bring justice to the other person nor will it hold them accountable for their wrongdoing. The grief and pain only affect you. Holding on does not give you power it leaves you powerless.
So be free and let go.
