DAY 2- GREEN SMOOTHIE CLEANSE

Hello Survivors,
It's day two of my cleanse. Yesterday was challenging. I feel like anytime I start a cleanse or a new diet I am always hungry on the first day and I was craving some fried shrimp lol. To keep myself from being hungry from now on, I'm going to make sure that I eat plenty of snacks in between such as a protein bar or a protein shake.
Today's smoothies include yesterday's ingredients, but I added Flax seeds. Flax seeds are abundant in the omega-3 fatty acid ALA, lignans, and fiber, all of which have been shown to have many potential health benefits. They can be used to improve digestive health, lower blood pressure, and bad cholesterol, reduce the risk of cancer and may benefit people with diabetes.
Later this week I will give an update on how I am doing mentally and physically.
