DAY 1- GREEN SMOOTHIE CLEANSE

Hello Survivors,

I got inspired to do the ten day Green Smoothie Cleanse by my good sis Alana Brown. Alana Brown is the creator of Unleash Your Full Potential & Purpose which you can find on Facebook (Make sure you check it out). The purpose of the cleanse is to give the body a chance to restore, and to provide an ample amount of nutrients to the body. The green smoothie cleanse is good for weight loss. The green smoothies are based with kale, spinach and other leafy greens and are then mixed with various fruit combinations.

So, I went grocery shopping yesterday and picked up a few items.

  • Spinach

  • Romaine Salad

  • Ginger

  • Lemons

  • Green Apples

  • Blueberries

  • Greek Yogurt

  • Bananas

  • Limes

  • Celery

Todays smoothies included:

  • Spinach

  • Ginger

  • Almond milk (Unsweetened)

  • Greek yogurt

  • Bananas

Each day I will make 3-4 smoothies, a salad, and a few snacks. I definitely will be switching it up so that I don't get bored with what I am eating. I know this cleanse will teach me discipline, clear my mind, and i will feel healthier. Each day I will post what I am eating for the day and how I am surviving this challenge. My tenth day is 5/23.
