What is the name of your business? Professional Zen LLC

What made you pursue your business? What was the inspiration behind it? I wanted to give an outlet to women for relaxation. For me my stress stemmed fTo anyone thinking about starting a business I say do it! Sit down write it out an execute! Also don’t be surprised by who supports you and who doesn’t just make them all believers by having an amazing product and believing in yourself! rom a toxic relationship and self doubt. I started finding hobbies giving myself “free time,” and this was one of them making natural scrubs. I just started giving them away as gifts and my friends told me I should sell them and here we are.

What does your business sale/or do? We sell all organic body care products.

Have you faced any personal struggles with starting your business ? How did you get through them? I think the biggest struggle for me has been my own fear! Putting myself and my brand out there was a very hard concept for me to digest. I was running because I w

as afraid of the outcome. So far so good and that fear was silly and misplaced. I think prayer and mediation have been my go to’s lately. When I’m inside my own head I take a step back and I have a talk with God, gather myself, and remember who/whose I am.

Where do you see your business in 5 years? I see myself and Professional Zen growing and expanding to even having a storefront. I want my company to be a movement with woman chanting Self care should be simple and it actually be simple for them!
