2 Meals w/ Recipes

Ive been getting asked alot of questions about the meals Ive made and when can I share my recipes. Tbh with you guys most of the time i make everthing you see off the top of my head. Little to no effort is made when it comes to making these meals. I love cooking so I do take pride in presentation especially when Im going to put my plate on social media ( I dont want no one talking about my plate lol) . Every meal I cook is very easy. Just takes a lil time to make them depending on what it is. Here are 2 recipes that Ive been asked about to share. So here you go :)

"Tay Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos"

- 42-50 shrimp (if feeding up to 4 people)

- Spicy Mayo Sauce, I typically get my sauce from the sushi section in publix

- Shredded lettuce

- Hard or soft tacos

- Flour

- Green Onions

- Soy Sauce

- Louisiana Fish Fry Products 10 oz. New Orleans Style Fish Fry with Lemon

** When prepping the shrimp be sure to thoroughly clean the shrimp. Next season the shrimp with salt and pepper or you can add the famous seafood seasoning Old Bay for more flavor. Next place the shrimp in the fish fry mix along with flour ( this will help the shrimp to have a nice fluffy coat). Next place the shrimp inside a pan filled with vegatable oil that has been brought up to the right temperature. Next place the shrimp in the oil for about 10-15 min. Let the shrimp cool off on a paper towel to let the excess oil drain off. Once they are cooled off then assemble your tacos Take the spicy mayo sauce and pour it over the shrimp. When Im cooking this amount of shrimp I usually buy 2 spicy mayo just so that the shrimp are fully covered but not too much unless you want that. In the picture there is a brown sauce you see and its soy sauce. I also added green onions on top as a finish. These tacos can be spicy so be sure to eat them if you can. I love spicy food so this is a recipe I can make over and over. Plus I love tacos!

"Lamb Chop w/ mash & veggies"

- Lamb chop

- 2 yellow potatoes

- Green beans

- Mushrooms

- Basil

- Onions

- Green peppers

- Potatoes

- Sour cream

- Heavy whipping cream

- Butter

** I season the lamb chop with an international seasoning I believe it is an all purpose seasoning (It has a green top), salt/pepper, and some wichser sauce. Next I would place the lamb inside a pan and place the oven on 400. I leave the lamb in for about 45 minutes with the mushrooms, onions, peppers right on top. When it comes to making the mash potatoes I cut them into multiple pieces and then I boil them. After boiling them I place them in a pot that contains the heavy whipping cream, soar cream, and butter. I mash up the potatoes and then let them cook for about 10 min until they are thick and creamy. As far as the green beans go I opted out and bought the microwavable veggies (lol).

If you would like to see more of my recipes, just send me a comment on my about me page and I will continue to do so . Thank you!
